I’m new to CrossFit. Can I drop in for a class?
Absolutely! We welcome beginners and experienced athletes alike. Our free Saturday community workout is a great way to try us out, or you can jump into any scheduled class.
Do I need to complete private onboarding before joining group classes?
Nope! We onboard new members safely in class every day, so you can jump right in. However, if you’d prefer a more personalized introduction, we offer private onboarding sessions to help you get started with one-on-one coaching. The choice is yours—whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident!
What should I bring to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and show up ready to move! Our coaches will take care of the rest.
Are classes scaled for different fitness levels?
Absolutely! Our classes include all levels of fitness, from teenagers building strength to members who have been doing CrossFit for over a decade—and even a few 70-year-olds staying strong and active. Every workout is designed to be adaptable, so whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, our coaches will tailor movements and intensity to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
