Our CrossFit schedule is designed for flexibility. If you’re an early riser who likes to kickstart your day with energy or someone who prefers to wind down with an evening workout, we have a variety of flexible class options designed to fit your lifestyle. Our schedule includes morning and evening classes, ensuring that no matter your routine, there’s a time that works for you.

Weekly Class Times (Monday through Friday):

  • Early Risers: Start your day strong with our 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM classes.
  • Evenings: End your day on a high note with our 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM classes.

Weekend Schedule (Saturday):

  • Energize your weekend: Join us for a 9:00 AM class.

Sundays: are reserved for rest, recovery, and preparation for the week ahead, as we are closed.

First Thursdays | 9 am and 6:30 pm

Included with Membership | Begin each month focused on mobility and recovery. On the first Thursday of every month, join Sara for a nurturing yoga session that emphasizes cultivating body awareness through conscious breathing.

 

Sara has over 20 years of experience as a nurse and decades of yoga practice, Sara brings a unique blend of healthcare knowledge and yogic wisdom to her sessions. This restorative practice balances softness with strength, guiding you through poses designed to enhance relaxation, improve flexibility, and connect mind and body. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, this monthly class offers a welcoming and supportive space to move with intention, build resilience, and ease into a state of well-being.
