Jumpstart your fitness journey with us at Middle Path CrossFit, where every day is a new opportunity to strengthen your body, mind, and community connections. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to join us, regardless of your busy lifestyle.

Weekly Class Times (Monday through Friday):

  • Early Risers: Kick off your day with energy at our 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM classes.
  • Mid-Morning: Find your midday motivation with our 9:00 AM session.
  • Evenings: Wind down the day with strength and support at 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM.

Weekend Schedule (Saturday):

  • Energize your weekend: Classes at 8:00 AM or a mid-morning session at 10:00 AM.

Sundays: are reserved for rest, recovery, and preparation for the week ahead, as we are closed.

 

Class Availability: Our flexible schedule is designed to cater to all members, from those who love to greet the sunrise to those who thrive in the evenings. With our CrossFit Unlimited Classes, you’re welcome to join any session that fits your schedule, allowing you to maintain consistency in your fitness routine or mix things up according to your daily demands.
